Is there a minimum order?

No minimum to order. To qualify for free delivery we ask for at least 30 items and a delivery location within 50 miles of Seymour, MO.

What does delivery cost?

30+ items within 50 miles of Seymour is free. Beyond that it is $30 for every additional 50 miles. Under 30 items it is $30 per 50 miles from the start. Your portal works out your exact fee before you commit to anything.

How does the money work?

Your group collects everything from your supporters during the sale. At the end you send us your totals, we invoice you for your cost only, and you keep the rest. Nothing is due up front; payment is due before delivery.

What payment methods do you take?

Organization or business checks, cash, or all major credit cards. Card payments add a 3.3% processing fee. We cannot accept personal checks.

Do we have to pay sales tax?

Not-for-profit groups: no, once we have your sales tax exemption letter. For-profit groups: no, provided you give us a Missouri resale certificate (Form 149) — you then collect and remit tax from your own customers. Either document can be uploaded or filled in online.

Can we set our own prices?

Yes. $45.00 is suggested and what most groups use. You can go higher or lower, but never below the $30.00 you pay us. We would caution against raising it much — the value is what makes these sell, and you are building a customer base for next time.

How long should the sale run?

Two to five weeks. Longer rarely helps; the deadline is what gets people to order.

How soon do we get the product?

Allow 1-2 weeks from the day your invoice is paid. Very large orders may need a little longer.

How is the delivery handled?

Everything comes to one central location and is unloaded at once. We cannot deliver to individual supporters, so make sure you have room for it. Some products can freeze, so a heated space out of direct sunlight is best in winter.

How often can we run one?

Every three to six months works well — that is about when people run out and start asking you for more.

Question 11

What about the hand pumps?

Accepted Answer

Pumps are $3.00 and there is no profit in them for anyone. They are on the list because customers buying a 5-gallon bucket usually need one.
